Anvard is the seat of government in Archenland, being the capital city and moatless fortress within it, also, Anvard is where the king, queen and the rest of the royalty reside. The Archenlander army is stationed in Anvard, and Anvard is also the location of most of the Archenlander population, with there being no other major cities or settlements in the rest of the Kingdom of Archenland.It is made of red-brown stones and sits on a green lawn in front of a high woody ridge.
